Basic Description of washington geogrophy

Washington State has a coast to the west called the Pacific Ocean.  The smallest and-closest mountain range to the Pacific-is the Olympic Mountain.  East of the Olympic Mountains is the Puget Sound.  To the east of the Puget Sound is the Cascade Mountains.  In the Cascade Mountains Okanogan highlands, The Columbia Plateau, and the Blue Mountains.
